A three vehicle accident snarled traffic Thursday evening on Route 40 in Hamilton Township. Police say three vehicles were involved in a crash near Meadowbrook Drive that was started when a pickup truck and a car collided. 61 year old Mark Fonte of Mays Landing was the driver of the car; he was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
