A three-vehicle motor vehicle accident in Lower Township Thursday afternoon resulted in one injury. Lower Township Police say a section of Route 9 in Erma was temporarily closed to traffic following the accident that involved a car, cargo van, and a box truck. The driver of the car, 32 year old Brittani M. Roach of Erma was cited for careless driving; she was taken to Cape Regional Medical Center for treatment of her injuries.
