Three swimmers were rescued from rip currents in Ocean City Saturday, and one was hospitalized after the incident. City officials say lifeguards responded to rescue the juveniles. A 12 year old boy was pulled from the surf unresponsive but he was breathing on his own. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital.
