THREE STRIKES AND YOUR OUT: NEW BILL PROPOSED ON CELL PHONE VIOLATIONS

A state senator wants driverlicenses to be suspended for cell phone usage. A bill was proposed by Sen. Richard Codey that would suspend a drivers license for a user if they are caught three times for a cell phone infraction while driving. Third time offenders would also have to pay a $500 fine. A similar piece of legislation was offered up in the Assembly.
