Two of the three suspects charged this week in connection with a massive prescription fraud ring are from Atlantic County. 42 year old Dr. Brian Sokalsky and 46 year old Vincent Tornari have both been charged in connection with a 33-count indictment. They are the latest to be charged with getting kickbacks in connection with the prescriptions of compound drugs that were not necessary.
