Three out of state men have been arrested and charged with setting a lifeguard boat on fire in Ocean City during the Memorial Day weekend. Ocean City Police announced that three suspects were brought into custody after they allegedly set a boat on fire at the Brighton Place beach early Saturday morning. Two of the suspects were caught hiding in a dune a short distance from the fire scene. The suspects are identified as 21 year old Brandon Pastell of Virginia; 20 year old Samuel Datta of Virginia, and 23 year old Timothy Ogrady of Pennsylvania. The value of the boat is around $9,000.
