Three locals have been slapped with major drug charges following a raid Friday in the 100 block of Oregon Avenue in the Villas. Authorities have charged 24 year old James Matthews, 47 year old Tamara Matthews, and 26 year old Raymond Middleton after they found two pounds of pot, cash, and firearms at the home. They could face up to 18 months in a state prison.
