Three men were arrested for illegally harvesting horseshoe crabs in Ocean City. The practice has been outlawed in the state since 2008. Kevin Le, Son Van Nguyen, and Dung Nguyen, all of Philadelphia, were charged for the illegal harvest and released on a summons. Ocean City Police say just over 130 crabs were put back into the water. The arrest were made early Monday morning.
