Thousands of Atlantic City Electric customers in Cape May County have lost power, and there are even more outages in Atlantic County. It will take days to get all of the power restored in the utility’s service area. There have been major outages reported in southern Atlantic County, along with Upper Township, where a tornado touched down in Marmora.
