THORNTON AND SHEPPARD MOVE TO RIGHT ON BALLOT

Gerald Thornton and Susan Sheppard are getting their own column. An agreement has been reached between the Cape May County Clerk’s office and the campaign of Thornton and Sheppard to place their names on a third column, where they will be by themselves. The campaign was concerned about being lumped in with all of the other Republicans running the in the primary, including two challengers for Congressman Frank LoBiondo’s seat. Thornton and Sheppard are running on their own, but still support people like LoBiondo. The issue was scheduled to go before the Superior Court, but was resolved on Thursday.
