A new witness was found and it forced the hand of a plea agreement. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Jason Thorn, of Pennsylvania, has plead guilty in the death of Joshua Palumbo, of Wildwood. Trial was set to start Monday and instead of the receiving a potential life sentence, Thorn has plead guilty to first-degree aggravated manslaughter and will get 20 years behind bars.
