November 3rd will be vote by mail in New Jersey. Governor Phil Murphy announced Friday that he will sign an executive order later in the day that will turn most of the upcoming election into a vote by mail campaign. All ballots will be in voters’ hands by October 5th. Murphy says this will ensure everyone gets a chance to vote, safely. Every voter will also have an option to return the ballot through a secure drop box or to directly hand it to a poll worker at a polling place on Election Day.
