THE DECIDING VOTE IN REDISTRICTING COMES FROM RUTGERS

A 10-member committee to decide how legisative districts will be drawn up for this upcoming election in November will have a professor from Rutgers act as the tie-breaker. Rutgers public policy professor Alan Rosenthal was the man chosen to be the 11th member of the committee. The committee had a Thursday deadline, which they were unable to meet.
