TESTA BLASTS MURPHY, STATE OVER LEGALIZATION OF MARIJUANA

New Jersey State Senator Mike Testa is ripping into Governor Murphy and state officials over the legalization of marijuana.  Testa calls the legalization of pot “reckless and short sighted”.  He also says federal law precludes a user of marijuana from owning a gun, something that was not likely considered by the State.
