An 18 year old Vineland man who was killed while riding his bicycle died at the hands of a drunk driver. NJ. com reports that 54 year old Phillip J. Cox was drunk when his vehicle struck Daniel A. Diaz of Vineland on April 29th. Criminal charges could be filed against Cox.
