TEEN INDICTED IN ATLANTIC CITY MURDER

A teen is facing murder charges after being indicted as an adult. Abubaka Brown, then 17 years old, is the alleged killer of 19-year-old Taron Williams. The murder took place in Dec. 2012. A four month investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Pleasantville Police Department led to the arrest of Brown for the murder of Taron Williams during the commission of a home invasion robbery. The indictment was for charges including murder, two counts of felony murder, conspiracy, armed robbery, armed burglary, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a handgun.
