TAX FRAUD LANDS ATLANTIC CITY MAN IN JAIL FOR THREE YEARS

An Atlantic City man has been sentenced for tax fraud. 54-year-old Nicolas Gomez-Rua was given three years in prison for his role in helping to prepare false income tax returns, illegal use of Social Security numbers and unlawfully obtaining United States’ citizenship, according to the U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman. He previously plead guilty to three counts of a 45-count indictment.
