A tax appeal was won by the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa on Monday that will save the casino $50 million from the 2009 and 2010 tax years. The casino is one of a number of properties lately that have been successful in appeals and have cost the city needed tax money. It is expected that Atlantic City will appeal the decision.
