SWEENEY: WE WILL FULLY FUND PENSION SYSTEM

New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney says the State will fully fund the pension system next year.  Sweeney announced over the weekend that democrats in Trenton will come up with a plan to put $3.1 billion into the pension system.  The state’s pension for public employees has been underfunded for nearly 20 years.
