SWEENEY: WE ARE NOT DONE FIGHTING PENSION BATTLE

New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney has blasted the New Jersey Supreme Court saying the Court got its pension ruling on Tuesday “dead wrong”.  Sweeney joined union leaders and announced that they are not done fighting the battle over the Christie administration’s failure to make full pension payments in order to balance the state budget.  Sweeney says the ruling will hurt the retirement plans for 800,000 state employees.
