Senate President Steve Sweeney says it’s time for Governor Murphy to open beaches, golf courses, and parks. Sweeney said Wednesday that construction, car sales, and elective surgeries should also resume. Murphy unveiled a road to recovery map on Monday, but so far has lifted zero restrictions.
