New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney announced on Monday that he has a plan for Atlantic City. Sweeney put together a six point plan that he outlined to the public on Monday that will help stabilize the city. Sweeney is calling for casinos to provide baseline health and retirement benefits to its workers, and also called for the State of New Jersey to have a bigger role in administrative and school costs.
