SUSPECTS IN A.C. POLICE SHOOTING DUE IN COURT TUESDAY

The two Cumberland County men accused of shooting  Atlantic City police Officer Joshlee Vadell will appear in court Tuesday for a bail hearing. Martel Chisolm, 29, of Millville, and Demetris Cross, 28, of Bridgeton are accused of shooting officer Vadell during a robbery attempt on Sept. 3rd at casino parking garage. Each suspect is charged with two counts of attempted murder and three counts of robbery. A third suspect, Jerome Damon, 25, of Camden, was shot and killed by another city police officer whose name was not released.
