SURVEY: OCEAN CITY HAS 3RD HIGHEST UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN USA

A new report issued by the Bureau of Labor Statistics says Ocean City, New Jersey has the third highest unemployment rate in the entire country. Ocean City’s seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate stands at 12.3 percent, which trails only two other cities in the United States. New Jersey’s unemployment rate in December was only 5.1 percent; January figures have not yet been released.
