SUNDAY WASHOUT: RAIN MOVING INTO REGION

If you have any outdoor plans on Sunday, do them early.  The National Weather Service says the early morning sunshine on Sunday will give way to clouds and rain that will move into the region Sunday afternoon, and last through Monday evening.  A chance of rain is in the forecast all the way through Wednesday evening, before partly sunny skies return on Thursday.  Temperatures at the shore reached 90 degrees on Saturday, marking the 46th time this year that the mercury has hit the 90 degree mark.  That summer weather has ended for the next week; by next Saturday, temperatures will not climb out of the 60s.
