Its good news for South Jersey are Tropical Storm Hermine continues to track further and further out to sea. The current forecast by the National Weather Service cuts down the chance for rain to 40 percent over the next couple of days. Its still possible with storms being hard to predict that it could move closer to shore, but so far so good for our region. There has already been some beach erosion and some more flooding is certainly possible. So our region will still see some impacts from Hermine. Also, there is a real danger of rip currents for those who want to use the beach. We will keep you updated as better information becomes available.
