It was a major mess Sunday afternoon on the eastbound lanes of the Atlantic City Expressway as a tractor trailer accident closed all eastbound lanes near milepost 20. The trailer spilled fuel onto the roadway which closed all eastbound traffic. Emergency crews cleaned up the mess.
