STUDY: STATE IN WORST FINANCIAL SHAPE IN COUNTRY

A university says that New Jersey is in the worst financial shape in the country. George Mason University listed the Garden State last in their analysis. The state joined Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts and California in the bottom five. While the study noted some positive steps taken by Gov. Chris Christie, still more needed to be done overall to get the state in the right direction.
