A 16-year-old was the victim of a strong arm robbery in Egg Harbor Township. Police were called to the scene on March 30 to the Bargaintown Park. After the initial assault, the victim was reportedly chased through the wooded trails out onto Ridge Ave, where the assailants turned back. The assailants reportedly took the victim’s skateboard. The skateboard was described as a “Z-Flex,” having a black grip tape top with chrome “Z” logo in the center, and tan colored edge protectors. The victim states that he only observed one vehicle in the park, which he described as a dark colored SUV, unknown make or model, with some type of roof racks that was parked adjacent to the basketball courts.
