Authorities are looking for a suspect in a strong arm robbery of a McDonald’s in Egg Harbor Township. Police there say the incident took place around 12:39 p.m. on Monday. The victim stated she was seated in a booth with her purse over her shoulder when the subject came up behind her, grabbed the purse and ran out the side door. The victim was not injured during the incident. The suspect fled on foot pursued by two good Samaritans. The Samaritans lost sight of the suspect in the Candlewood Mobile Park area. Both the victim’s purse and wallet were recovered minus an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect is described as a white male medium build and approximately 6 foot tall. The suspect was wearing a green baseball cap, a white sweatshirt and blue jeans. A check of the area by numerous officers and a K-9 from Pleasantville Police Department were unable to locate the suspect at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call 926-4051.
