There will be no minor league baseball in New Jersey this year. The Lakewood BlueClaws and the Trenton Thunder both had their seasons wiped out by Major League Baseball. The big leagues simply will not provide any players to their minor league affiliated teams, which means no minor league baseball in New Jersey.
