The new owner of the Revel wants the power company that turned off the lights evicted. Glenn Straub sent a letter on Monday saying he wants to evict ACR Energy. The power company claims that Straub wasn’t willing to work with them and wouldn’t pay for electricity and gas the casino used while closed. Revel is being sued by Atlantic City for lack of power to its suppression system in the meantime. Straub is also working on getting generators in place for the casino.
