Stone Harbor Police arrested a woman who illegal used another woman’s credit card. The initially incident was reported to police on July 9. Victoria Dougherty, an employee at a local business, had illegally charged over $1900 to the victim’s credit card. Charges included credit card fraud, forgery and theft. Bail was set at $5,000.
