Stone Harbor will have a vacancy on Borough Council in a couple of weeks. Councilwoman Judy Davies Dunhour will be sworn in as mayor, and will vacate her council seat on January 3rd. The Stone Harbor Republican Committee Organization is seeking a replacement for the vacancy that will be created. Interested candidates have until December 30th to apply.
