The Stone Harbor Borough Council is expected to address new building regulations in the resort during its meeting on Tuesday. Council may vote on an ordinance that would set a new building elevation and height in response to the new preliminary flood maps released by FEMA. Council could also begin discussions on a new capital budget. The meeting gets underway Tuesday at 4:30pm.
