STONE HARBOR SECURES ARTIFACT FROM WORLD TRADE CENTER

The Borough of Stone Harbor has secured an artifact from the World Trade Center.  Council President Joan Kramar announced that she received official word from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey that the Borough will be getting an artifact from the site of the September 11th, 2001 attack on America.  Stone Harbor follows Avalon with getting an artifact.  Kramar says a committee is being formed that will develop a design for a memorial in the community.
