Stone Harbor residents and visitors turned out for a solemn September 11th remembrance ceremony held at the Borough’s proposed Point of Peace Park. The event
featured prayers, speakers, music, and a poster exhibit created by students at the local elementary school. Stone Harbor resident Charles Boyland spoke at the ceremony; he was in New York City on September 11th, 2001 and witnessed the second jet that crashed into the World Trade Center.
