STONE HARBOR HAS CONTESTED PRIMARY FOR COUNCIL SEATS

There is a contested race for two republican nominations to two Council seats in Stone Harbor.  Bernadette Parzych, Frank Dallahan, and Robert Bickford are all seeking their party’s nomination.  In Stone Harbor this is really the municipal election since democratic candidates hardly ever run for office.
