Stone Harbor Police have arrested a South Jersey man on charges that he was spotted naked outside of a Wawa convenience store over the weekend. 26 year old Christian Horn of Mount Laurel was charged after individuals spotted him naked kicking a trash can at the convenience store early Sunday morning. Horn gave police conflicting stories on where his clothing was located. Cops found it on the second floor of an unoccupied home that was burglarized. Horn was charged with criminal trespass, burglary, and other offenses.
