STONE HARBOR COPS BUST MAN FOR PUBLIC URINATION, SCUFFLE

A 20 year old Pennsylvania man was arrested by Stone Harbor Police for urinating in public and then scuffling with the officer who tried to take him into custody.  Police arrested Kyle M. Shaffer of Indiana, PA on charges of aggravated assault against a police office, resisting arrest, and other offenses.  An officer saw Shaffer relieving himself around 3:030am Friday in a Wawa parking lot.  He wrestled with the arresting officer.  Shaffer was taken to the county jail on $10,000 cash bail.
