STONE HARBOR CONSIDERS DUNE PLAN

Ecological diversity in the dunes will create a stronger, healthier dune.  That was the message delivered at the Stone Harbor Council meeting on Tuesday.  Consultant Joe Lomax presented a plan to create a dune vegetation management plan for the Borough.  A similar plan has worked well in Avalon over the past five years.
