STONE HARBOR: CARUSI, MASTRANGELO WIN

Two republicans were big winners in Stone Harbor’s council race.  Newcomer Al Carusi, who’s the commander of American Legion Post #331, was the top vote getter with 332 votes.  Barry Mastrangelo was second, and secured a council spot.  Former councilman Brian Levinson finished a distant third, out of the running.
