Stone Harbor has cancelled its Memorial Day parade scheduled for Monday. Damp weather is in the forecast, so the parade has been canceled. Stone Harbor will hold at ceremony at Noon at the Women’s Civic Club, followed by an open house held by American Legion Post #331 following the ceremony.
