STONE HARBOR APPROVES TOM SCHUTTA AS NEW POLICE CHIEF

Stone Harbor has a new police chief.  Tom Schutta was appointed to the city’s top public safety position Tuesday afternoon, replacing Paul Reynolds who retired.  Chris Palmer was elevated to the position of Captain.
