STONE HARBOR APPROVES NEW FREEDOM PLAZA

The Stone Harbor Council approved a measure Tuesday evening that will result in a new Freedom Plaza that will feature an artifact from the World Trade Center. Council approved a new location near the firehouse for the small plaza that will feature passive recreational opportunities.  The total project will cost about $90,000 and will be ready in time for a September 11th, 2014 dedication.
