STOCKTON TRIES TO KILL DEAL WITH STRAUB REGARDING SHOWBOAT

Stockton University announced today that it will cancel a contract with Glen Straub regarding Straub’s wishes to purchase the Showboat Casino, and will now market the Showboat to other potential buyers.  University Acting President Harvey Kessleman says Straub has no intentions to buy the Showboat for the asking price of $26 million so the deal will be cancelled.
