STATE’S TOP FEDERAL JUDGE GOING TO PARTIAL RETIREMENT

New Jersey’s top federal judge is going into partial retirement.  Chief Justice Jerome Simandle is assuming senior status and will be replaced by Judge Jose Linares.  Simandale will now hear a reduced number of cases; he’s 68 years old.
