STATE’S MEDICAL MARIJUANA PLAN MOVES FORWARD

The state’s medical marijuana program can now get off the ground. Gov. Chris Christie has said the state can move forward with the plan that has been halted up for the past few months. Christie had claimed that he needed clear evidence from the federal government that no state employee would be held responsible for putting out marijuana. The governor said after looking over all of the available information, he felt that the state would not face any significant chance at prosecution.
