STATE WANTS NEW REVEL OWNER TO APPLY FOR ITS OWN LICENSE

State casino regulators wants the new owner of the Revel to apply for its own casino license. They were in court on Monday asking a judge to block the transfer of the license. State officials say every operator must apply to the state themselves in order to be allowed to operate in the state.
