The State of New Jersey is ready to post budgets online for municipalities who do not have their own websites. The state has been urging local governments to post their budgets online, and now says it will post budgets online for communities that have no websites. The New Jersey Assembly recently approved a new bill that would require the state to post the last three municipal budgets for any community that does not have a website. The New Jersey Senate so far has not scheduled a vote on this new proposed law.
